Perhaps a small apartment is a very big minus, and if it is also elongated, then it’s just a nightmare. Many will think so, but the presented draft design studio 25 sq.m. offers to reconsider their views.

The apartment is located in Switzerland, the room is only one and in addition a small kitchen, the corridor between them is very narrow, and only two small windows. Even by unpretentious standards, the place is very small.

Such studio interior 25 sq.m.certainly good for a student or young bachelor, of course, the couple will be difficult to accommodate. What did the designers do when deciding on the visual expansion of the space and what tricks helped turn the small-sized design studio 25 sq.m. into the space not only livable, but also quite cozy apartment.

It is quite natural to combine the sleeping and working areas in a single room, with a small separation, along the walls.
The living room area was added, it is located closer to the window, in this, plus an elongated room, it is easier to divide it, there was a place for both armchairs and a high table.
White - hit for everyone studio interiors of 25 sq.m. and more, the walls and the ceiling are painted that way, the dark floor contrasts well against this background.
The play of the textures of the walls in the room, the brickwork and the coloring, due to the different relief, the white color reflects the light differently, a similar visual effect can “deepen” the space and make it more comfortable.
The niche under the TV and bookshelves fits very well with the interior, it performs a specific function and additionally serves as a visual “divider” of the living room and personal area.
Textiles serve as a cozy accent; rugs, pillows, rugs, predict the already familiar Scandinavian style from IKEA.
The interior of the studio is 25 sq.m. there is a lack of light, only two windows are not able to fill the space with sufficient lighting, therefore, a lot of sources of artificial light were used in the project.
The kitchen and the walls and furniture are also made in white to make the space even slightly wider.
It is noteworthy that even very small rooms can accommodate both a two-chamber refrigerator and a large hood, the effect is achieved thanks to competent kitchen planning and the use of a window seat.
Proper planning of space and furniture in the design design studio 25 sq.m., allowed the authors to place in the apartment a very large closet for storing all things, a similar reception allows to save space in other rooms.
