When developing design apartment 57 square meters. m the main task turned out to be non-standard: instead of figuring out how to combine the housing requirements of several family members at once in a small area, it was necessary to adapt the standard “three rubles” to the maximum comfortable existence of just one person - her mistress.
This task was complicated by the fact that it was not possible to demolish all the walls and build new ones: almost all of them were carrying. To achieve modern interior design, I had to make openings in the walls, which required permission.
Design apartment 57 square. m envisaged all the desires of the hostess: the largest bathroom, the creation of a separate private area, a large living room and an isolated bedroom.
ATapartment design 57 square meters. m even this is not quite usual for a typical apartment, the desire of the hostess, as the installation of a fireplace in the living room. True, it will not drown firewood, and bio-fuel. There is no soot or smell from it.
But the firewood is nearby - the real ones, smelling of natural wood and bringing warm memories of the days spent in nature. They fit perfectly inmodern interior design.
Modern interior decoration It does not assume overloading with furniture, therefore in the dining area there is its minimum: a round table, four chairs, chairs in snow-white covers. Here the hostess will receive guests.
And for breakfast and snacks in the kitchen placed a small glass table, not visually cluttering a small room.
The living room was moved to a part of the apartment remote from the entrance, and its area was slightly reduced in favor of the dressing room. It turned out to be a checkpoint, but then the workplace fit in there.
The walls of the bedroom and a thick curtain, fencing it off from the light - a rich dark color of noble burgundy wine. It creates a feeling of closed space, which is what the customer wanted. There is a bigger mirror on the wall so that the room seems more spacious.
Another interesting idea of designers is a storage system, hanging on the wall and the same for the hallway and dining area. In the hallway under her shoes are stored, on it are items of decor, as well as various necessary trivia - keys, handbags, wallets. In the dining area above this "shelf" hanging TV.
The extension of the bathroom was carried out by changing the entrance to the kitchen and taking away some of the area from the corridor. There is no bathroom - instead, a storage system with an integrated washing machine.
