Design 12 meter room differs in functionality, but at the same time very interesting and unusual ideas are embodied in it. As a matter of fact, they managed to place not even a room in a tiny space - the whole apartment, which had all the rooms necessary for comfortable living - a kitchen, a bedroom, a toilet room, a hallway and even a living room.

The kitchen is located on the podium, while the staircase leading to it is pushed out and turns out to be a storage system.
“Cubes” on the podium, dividing the living room and kitchen areas, serve as shelves on both sides.
Behind the podium on the right is a toilet stall, and on the left is a washbasin, separated from the kitchen area by a decorative partition of wood.
Generally, in 12 meter room design wood is used very widely. And again we see the combination of beauty and functionality - wooden “buttons” on the wall between the toilet and the sink can be used as hangers for bags, umbrellas and other items.
A small sofa in the living area does not look suitable for a good night's rest. But this is a wrong impression! Interior room 12 square. m similar to a constructor that can be assembled differently depending on what you want to do here. At night, a part of the sofa hidden there during the day is pulled out from under the catwalk, and a large sleeping place for two people is obtained.
A cabinet stretched along one of the walls does not clutter the space, since it is made in the same color as the walls themselves. Thus, designers have shown that by owning only a small room, it can be turned into a separate apartment.
