Design project 4-room apartment

A 4-room apartment design project was created for a family of five — parents and three children, including one girl and two boys. The main wish of customers was the use of natural materials in furniture and decoration, and this wish was taken into account.

Among the styles that use such materials are loft, eco, English and some others. Since the family is young and dynamic, for the interior of a 4-room apartment the designers chose the same young and energetic style - loft, and in order not to be bored, they brought eco elements into it.

Living room

One of the walls of the room in which all family members will gather, and where they will receive guests, is lined with brutal bricks.

To soften this sharp decorative element added light furniture that has a wood texture.

A large cozy sofa and an armchair of the same style form a sofa area where you can comfortably sit, chat and watch TV.

Above this zone is a pendant lamp of geometric shape, which can be changed by changing the lighting. Additional soft light gives a floor lamp, a modern form. Its rounded shape and graphite color bring an element of contrast and dynamics to the modern design of the apartment.

Kitchen

In the interior of a 4-room apartment, the kitchen is combined with a corridor, which allows the use of living space to the maximum. In the center of the kitchen - a dining group. It is additionally underlined by two lamps hanging from the ceiling with lampshades in the form of dark cones.

Along the working surface on the ceiling are square spotlights that provide illumination of the cooking zone.

Modern design of the apartment allows the use of massive, solid things, as if coming to us from the past. This is a dark wood dining table that goes well with lightweight folding chairs. Together they support the general idea of the interior - the game of contrasts.

The design project of a 4-room apartment is mainly designed in the style of a loft. Kitchen furniture belongs to the same style, the sense of brutality created by it, reinforces the rectangular tile apron.

The windows are French, which allows you to visually enlarge the kitchen room, and at the same time the balcony retains its functions.

In order to visually connect the former corridor and the entrance area with the kitchen along the wall, a bookcase was installed. Shelves on it are arranged chaotically, which makes the dynamics and gives the strict interior some playfulness.

Entrance hall

The main decorative element of the hallway is a white shelving extending from the kitchen, with chaotic alternation of closed and open shelves. In part of the shelves left open, the back wall is “replaced” by a brick wall, which makes the rack lightweight. It looks good on a gray-bluish background of the walls.

Parents bedroom

The size of this room is quite large, but in order to increase it visually, the walls were painted in different, contrasting colors. At the head of the head is a deep brown, bright poster on it plays the role of a color accent and slightly “brightens” the dark wall.

The opposite wall is white, there is an office there: a table, and above it are shelves for books and documents. The furniture is also white so that it does not stand out against the wall.

The design project of a 4-room apartment provided for the creation of a large variety of storage places. In the bedroom, they are made in the form of vintage cabinets, specially aged, which adds to the atmosphere of home comfort.

Above the bedside tables - lamps-suspensions with adjustable height, which makes their use more convenient.

Daughter's bedroom

The interior of the 4-room apartment combines several styles, which makes it eclectic. Thus, in the daughter’s bedroom, a modern shelving is combined with white facades, from which the worktop of the workplace “grows”, and a massive vintage cabinet of dark wood.

Under the window there is a storage system with drawers, covered on top with a cover of decorative fabric and thus turned into a resting place.

Decorate the room poster on the desktop and designer chandelier. The toys were removed to the open shelf under the ceiling so that they did not take up space.

The modern design of the apartment provides maximum comfort for each family member, therefore, for the girl who does ballet, a huge mirror was installed and the ballet machine was reinforced. This mirror helps her to do choreography and at the same time visually enlarges the room. The bed is not quite normal, it was the desire of the hostess of the room.

Bedroom sons

So that the room could change along with its inhabitants, which are growing rapidly, one of the walls was covered with special slate paint. Now you can draw on it everything that you want, and that will reflect the preferences of the owners.

Two identical beds reflect the minimalism style, which makes them very comfortable in terms of decor: just change the color of bedspreads and pillows - and the room is transformed.

Ceiling lamps have an unusual geometric shape and attract the eye.

The facade of the storage system is a square of different colors, which are supported by the color scheme of bed linen.

Sanitary facilities

The main bathroom reflects the direction of eco-design in a modern apartment design.

The walls are tiled, imitating wood, furniture and plumbing has slightly rounded corners. The bathroom area is highlighted by tiles of a darker color, as if “flowing down” to the floor.
