Thanks to the designer’s efforts, an apartment of 30 square meters has become a comfortable modern dwelling, which has not only separate areas for cooking, sleeping, receiving guests, but also storage systems that are large enough for a small family, and even a dressing room. They are dispersed throughout the apartment - from the hallway, and ending with the dining area.
The design of a small modern apartment is made in a very simple style, which can be described as urban, with the addition of attributes inherent in the youth. Mainly used natural materials, calm, natural colors such as gray, brown, white, and as a contrast - strict black.

Kitchen-living room
The partition between the kitchen and the room was removed to get a lot of free space. The kitchen and living room are located on opposite walls.
In order to create a feeling of intimacy, a concrete partition was erected between these zones, slightly not reaching the ceiling. It has a highlight on the top and bottom, due to what it seems almost weightless, but at the same time performs its task, hiding the work in the kitchen from the eyes of those who rest in the living room.
The main light is provided by spotlights mounted in the ceiling. The sofa corner is illuminated from two sides - a floor lamp, having the form of an arch, and a desk lamp.
Under the seat of the sofa is hidden another place to store the necessary things in every household - linen, household trifles, which are not used every day. The low coffee and coffee table of a simple form is made to order.
In the design of a small modern apartment kitchen is the brightest area. The white facades of the cabinets rising to the white ceiling, the white chairs, the white sofa make a small space visually much lighter and lighter.
Located in the interior of the studio apartment of 30 square meters. A sufficient number of storage sites is not an easy task. In the kitchen area, it is solved by a two-tier arrangement of the cabinets above the working area. Too simple design of their facades was compensated by an unusual apron solution: this is a slate on which you can draw whatever you want with colored crayons and change pictures depending on your mood.
In an apartment of 30 square meters, special attention is paid to lighting. In addition to the ceiling lights, each zone has its own light sources that solve local problems. In the kitchen, this is a linear apron lighting, an interesting “two-tier” black lampshade over the dining table, as well as special turning lamps of directional light mounted on the ceiling: you can direct them where you want, for example, to focus on the dining area.
Bedroom
The bedroom in the design of a small modern apartment is a cozy corner separated from the living room by a thick curtain woven from mixed natural fabric. Between them - a modest size white dresser in which you can store, for example, bed linen.
There is no separate storage system for clothes, but the bed is equipped with a special mechanism that makes it easy to lift the mattress, opening access to a large drawer where the bedding will be stored.
There is very little space left for bedside cabinets, so they are replaced by wooden corner shelves, which are a continuation of the headboard. Above them are hanging from the ceiling on black cords metal balls-lamps, replacing bedside sconces. Bathroom
The bathroom is also not out of the general style. The combination of white walls, gray tiles at the bath and on the floor, wooden elements - all this looks very worthy together.
Entrance hall
The largest storage system is located in the entrance area. The cabinet is closed by sliding doors. Its mirror facades visually expand the small hallway, and the spacious storage system hides not only clothes, shoes, bags, but also travel suitcases, and even a vacuum cleaner.
This zone is illuminated by turning lamps - they can be directed so that the contents of the cabinet can be clearly seen.
