The design of the apartment is 37 square meters. m. successfully combined all the necessary areas for the family, and even the office needed for the work of the hostess of the house - the photographer. At the same time, a cozy, intimate atmosphere was created, which is especially difficult to achieve in small apartments.
To give the interior softness, the walls are plastered with wallpaper, which is then painted. The interior is designed in a calm brown-gray tones. These tones of finish are perfectly combined with white, which serves as a background in all rooms.

Despite the minimum size, there is a large closet that serves as the main storage system in the apartment.

Expressive background for the interior of the living room with an office is a dark glossy floor, lined with floorboard. The furniture has simple forms, and was mostly made to order, as it is usually almost impossible to find suitable furniture in a store in a small room.
The main item in the interior of the living room-study has become a sofa - it is big, light, the fabric upholstery has deliberately coarse weaving and consists only of natural fibers. The sofa is easy to fold and just as easily assembled, which allows you to turn the living room into a bedroom at night.
A table near the sofa has an unusual silhouette and is a kind of decorative decoration of the living room.

In addition to raising the cabinet above the floor level, thereby visually isolating it, it can also serve as a bench for sitting, and together with a sofa and a table it can serve as a reception for guests.
Storage space
The apartment has enough storage places: the TV area has modules for the placement of equipment, a hanging shelf for books and souvenirs. Between the "office" and "living room" - a roomy shelving, and in the office, in addition - two dressers and two cabinets above them, where you can clean everything you need. There are two more shelves for books, so that all things there is a place.
Shine
For general lighting, LED ceiling spotlights are responsible. These are Basis quality products: the light flows evenly and reaches to the most remote corners. You can turn them all on at the same time, or separately, above each of the zones: in the living room, in the hallway or in the office.
Accent lighting is provided by a floor lamp on a wooden “tripod” and two sconces near the sofa, hinting at the fact that at night this room becomes a bedroom.
In a modern design of a one-room apartment, a picture or an expressive poster is usually hung on the wall at the head of the bed. Here, this technique emphasized the idea of combining the bedroom and living room. The working area is illuminated additionally with the help of a desk lamp, the shape of which repeats the shape of “bedside” sconces.
Decor

Spacing, line graphics, contrasting colors, simple facades are what young people like and what is natural for minimalism. The floor in the kitchen is also dark, but, unlike in the living room, it is tiled.
Lighting on three levels: on the perimeter of the kitchen on the ceiling there is a reinforced contrasting dark beam in which the spotlights are embedded, the working area is additionally highlighted, and the original Cangini & Tucci glass hangers are located above the dining table.
Bathroom
The area of this room is quite small, but it was necessary to leave a full bath for the adoption of water procedures - at the insistence of the hostess. To do this, I had to move a little one of the walls and slightly reduce the corridor.
To add visually to the volume, some of the walls were tiled “under the stone” with a light beige hue, and some were painted with waterproof paint to save the centimeters of volume that the tile occupies on the adhesive.
Apartment design 37 square meters. m. provides that the floors here, as in the rest of the premises, have a dark color. This solution allows you to slightly increase the visual volume. Designers managed to place in this tiny volume even a small storage system for bath accessories and cosmetics.
