Therefore, we chose the neoclassicism of France: the windows “to the floor”, natural materials, high ceiling, moldings made of plaster, mandatory shutters on the windows. Fortunately, the apartment met all the necessary conditions, since it was located in a house built at the beginning of the last century.
The main color shade in apartment design for a young man - white favorite designers. This allows us to trace the play of light, to use color accents, emphasizes the geometrical nature of architectural forms and the convexity of stucco moldings.
Against this background, a black cube looks contrasting in which the entire “auxiliary” part of the apartment is concentrated - kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, a boiler room, and a laundry room.
It also has a small walk-in closet, and a closet, the entrance to which is from the hallway, contains outerwear.
This black cube is the center design apartment for a young man. Everything else is placed around. On the one hand, there is a bedroom, complemented by a small home office, on the other - a dining area in which the dining table is combined with a kitchen island, which includes not only a stove, but also a sink, and a work surface.
Between them there was a place for armchairs near the biofuel fireplace and a projector, forming a relaxation zone.
